Design services provided for new construction and remodel projects. Services include paint and finish selection, solid surface selection, flooring, tile details, lighting selections and overall design details. Rates will vary based upon scope of work. Customers will receive decorator sheets with recorded selections and approvals to be copied and given to subcontractors for purpose of installation.
Design Rates - Range from $50.00 - $400.00 (based upon requested work.)
Staging services are provided in a simple flat rate option or hourly billing based upon client's need. If using client's existing furniture and accessories then staging rate is a flat fee with 50% upon staging and the balance upon the sale of the property. If the client needs rental or purchase of furniture and accessories then client will be billed hourly.
